Al and Liz Hovey flew in from the Milwaukee area today and had us over to their condo across from Lovers Key on Fort Myers Beach...

All three were terrific...

We then drove over to Barefoot Beach which is known for these Gopher Tortoises...  

These darn Geckos were running all over trying to sell you some sort of insurance...

Joell and I received a nice Christmas package from sister/husband Sue and Jim

Besides the wonderful eats, they also included some Lego gifts... 

Joell built the Elves and I put the Santa together...

I used to give these Lego's to Sue and Jim's 3 boys when they were just tots...

Thanks Sue and Jim for the great care package and presents...

Cory and Sita were down at Naples celebrating their wedding anniversary  "Congratulations" and stopped by on their way home in Hollywood, FL.  They stayed for most of the Packer game....

David took the time to drive down from Sarasota to visit with Beth who was here for 3 days from Milwaukee, Wi.... (David's in trouble with me because he absconded with one of my hats)  We really enjoyed having Beth here even if it was a bit short. Today she's flying back home to build snowmen and women...  We put a coconut in her luggage but somehow she found it in there...and now she's hid it on our boat some where...

Here I'm working on the Water Heater plumbing...I finally found where all the water in the engine compartment has been coming from...

See all those pressure fittings in front of the Water Heater...

One was split and another cracked..

I had to pull off a 36" by 5" wide exhaust tube from the Starboard engine to get in there...

I had it leaning up against the outboard dinghy motor on the swim platform while I took a bike to the hardware store and just when I got back Joell and Beth saw it roll into the drink and sink in about 11' of water with the tide going out.... "so much for slow no wake here"...  $91.00 dollars later and a trip to Diversified Yachts 5 miles away I had a replacement... 

Here are the culprits....  The one on the left was screwed into the Hot out in the water heater...
