Today we spent most of the day working on boat issues.  We cleaned the boat and since we had all the carpeting and chairs removed from the engine hatch, Mike decided to do an engine check.  Of course he found a problem.  We were low on antifreeze and upon further inspection discovered where the problem was.  Mike dug into his spare parts and pulled out a new water pump for the port engine.  He changed out both serpentine belts, one for each engine, while he was at it.  After that was finished we received the UPS Package we were hoping to get in today, so tomorrow will be another work day as Mike changes out the toilet Quiet Flush Pump Assembly.

We are having a late dinner tonight, at the historic Patties 1880's Settlement restaurant.  We will let you know all about it, tomorrow.

  2. Glad to see your following! Yesterday I went down to check engine fluids and found a mess. Changed the port engine water pump, added antifreeze and today I got back down there to clean up the drained antifreeze under that engine. Threw a little sweet smelling buldge cleaner in there! I also installed a new toilet assembly (motor/seals/macerater) and joker valve. So the crapper's running like new. Ordered a new water pump from Marine Parts Source yesterday and it's out for delivery today. Great company for boat parts!!! Mikeeee
