Dinner at Squid Lips

Joell's grade school friend Diane and her husband Dan drove to Sebastian State Park and we picked them up in our dinghy for a glass of wine on the boat.  Then they drove us to Squid Lips for dinner...

Diane and Joell are true buddies..

We always like to pick up a shirt or hat at fun places but they were pretty much out of everything, so we held up one of their menu's to show where we were...

Wait a minute...there goes a nice Squid Lips Hat on one of the waiters..

hmmm..how are we going to get that hat?

I suppose we could ask him if he'd sell it...

We grabbed the waiter and pulled him aside... his name is Scott...

Here's Scott the waiter and our waitress...

We asked Scott if he'd sell his hat and for how much...

Scott said $15.00 and we gave him $20.00 

We had Scott sign his name inside the hat for remembrance...

While we were at it Mike asked if we could have his name tag too...

He said yes because it was his last day of work at Squid Lips before moving on...

Hey this isn't a rodeo...easy on my new hat...

My god it's just a hat...

These two really like each other...
